Be Kind

"The kinder and more thoughtful a person is, the more kindness they can find in other people."

Don't sweet the small stuff.

"Often we allow ourselves to be upset by small things we should despise and forget. We lose many irreplaceable hours brooding over grievances that, in a year's time, will be forgotten by us and by everybody. No, let us devote our life to worthwhile actions and feelings, to great thoughts, real affections and enduring undertakings."

Andre Maurois

Quality of Life-

Quality of Life is the real thing in our lives.
Those who sacrifice quality of life for a career or material items are fooling themselves. This is not a big deal until one reaches a mid point or the end of their life and realizes the game was set against them by their own making.

Follow your bliss and live with no regrets.

Otherwise sacrifice the greatest gift you have, your freedom and joy.

As CEOs of corporations and billionaires commit suicide one must think; "What could drive such a smart, educated and successful person to end one's own life?"

These successful people have focused their achievements on not who they are and their abilities but what they have and what title is given to them. Once these objects are removed they no longer have an identity.

We all choose by what means to measure our self.
I suggest make it an internal, controlled, aspect. To give one's identity to the external is a dead end and will end in tragedy every time.

Not only does an internal value have more control but it will encourage one to have love not hate, be polite not rude, generous not greedy. Not only will this ensure success but it will make the world much more enjoyable for everyone.
